At TotePets, we of course want you out and about with your unique tote bag as quickly as possible and 100% satisfied. Below you can read everything about how we ship your order and how our return policy for personalized products works.

📦 Shipping

Free shipping on all orders! We cover the shipping costs. Nice and simple, right?

How long until my TotePet arrives? Because every bag is handmade and designed especially for your pet, we use the following process:

1. The design (within 24 hours): As soon as you've placed your order, our illustrators get to work for you right away. You'll receive a digital drawing preview by email within 24 hours.

2. Your approval: You review the design. Want a small change? No problem! Only when you're 100% satisfied do we give the go-ahead to print.

3. Production & Delivery: After your final approval, the bag is printed and usually delivered to your home within 7–12 business days.

🔄 Returns

Can I return my personalized bag? Our TotePets bags are 100% custom-made with the illustration of your own pet. Because this is a personalized product, unfortunately the bag cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. This is determined by law for custom-made products.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. To make sure you never receive a bag you don't like, we always work with a digital proof design. Before we actually print your bag, we show you the design. You can then give feedback until you're completely happy with the illustration. That way you know for sure the end result is exactly what you expect!

My bag is damaged or the print isn't right. What now? Quality comes first for us. Did you accidentally receive a bag with a production defect, was the bag damaged during shipping, or is the print quality not right? Contact us right away!

Send an email within 14 days of receipt to support@shoptotepets.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the problem

We'll fix it for you free of charge and make sure you receive a perfect new bag as quickly as possible.
