1. Overview

This website is operated by TotePets (R.S. Group B.V.). Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TotePets. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Using our store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Personalized products

Our products are made to order using the photos and details you provide. Because every item is custom-made, small variations in color, engraving, embroidery and print are normal, and product photos are illustrations of the finished style. Where we offer a design preview, production starts after you approve it, and you're responsible for checking names, dates, spelling and other details before approving. Please also review the details you enter at checkout for items without a preview.

4. Your photos and content

When you upload a photo or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us a limited license to use it to create, produce and deliver your order. We may refuse or cancel orders that contain content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel any order placed for it and refund you in full. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards can be used on our store toward any product, don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us feedback, it must be honest and based on your own experience. You give us permission to use, display and reproduce your review on our site and channels. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and product designs, belongs to TotePets or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission. You keep the rights to the photos you upload.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, collect other users' data, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TotePets is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TotePets harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including rights in content you upload.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
